HOW TO TRANSACT WITH GUITAR PUSHER
There are many ways we can fulfill your desires and needs. You can either visit our store, buy in our website, Lazada, Shopee, or chat with us in fb, instagram or SMS.
WEBSITE
You may shop in our website online by visiting (https://www.guitarpusher.com). We accept payments via Credit Card, Paypal, BPI, BDO, GCash, LBC, Palawan Express or Cash On Delivery (COD). You may select the payment method upon check out. After payment, we will ship your item to your address via lalamove (Metro Manila) or LBC (Nationwide) or you may opt to have it sent to nearest LBC branch. Shipping takes 1-2 days in Metro Manila and up to 12 days in the farthest places from Metro Manila. Shipping fee is determined based on how big the items are. The bigger the item, the higher the shipping fee, which is automatically computed upon checkout. We have 2 branches in Cubao (57 20th Ave) and Makati (Ground Floor Classica 1, 112 HV Dela Costa). There are 3 ways you may visit:
- For store pickup, you may place an order in our website (to make sure that there is stock), and select "Pickup" in the shipping option. Someone from e-mail will send a message to you so you can select where you'd like the item to be picked up. Alternatively, you can message our facebook page (http://fb.com/guitarpusher) and mention the order number to setup the pickup schedule.
- Via SMS, contact 0917-795-3511 to set an appointment to make sure that the item that you need is in the location where you will pick the item up. A friendly Guitar Pusher will respond and schedule your appointment. Please note that items are on a first come, first served basis. If you'd like to reserve an item, you can make a deposit. Please Text/PM us for reservations.
- Walk-in. You may simply visit our store and a friendly store staff will assist you in store.
LAZADA / SHOPEE
We also offer our products via Lazada and Shopee. Lazada and Shopee offers cheaper shipping and many promos. However, shipping times may be longer. If you need faster shipping, please SMS, facebook or buy from the website.
