1. All guitars are welcome regardless of brand and condition.

3. Trade-in Discount will be based on the condition of your instrument: Well-Loved, Can Be Fixed / Working Lower-Tier Brands, Good As Gone. The better the condition of your instrument, the higher the discount you will enjoy.

4. Trade-in is applicable for another instrument. Example: Bass Guitar to Electric Guitar.

5. All trade-in deals are non-reversible and non-refundable.

 

HOW TO TRADE IN

IN STORE

1. Visit guitarpusher.com to see which guitar you would like to purchase.

2. It will be best to schedule an appointment to make sure that the guitar you are interested is available in the store. You can set an appointment via:

3. Bring your guitar to the store.
   • GP Superstore Cubao: 57 20^th, Cubao, Quezon City
   • GP Gallery Makati: 112 H.V. Dela Costa St., Salcedo Village, Makati City

ONLINE

1. Visit guitarpusher.com to see which guitar you would like to purchase.

2. Message us via Facebook Chat the following details:
   1. Full Name
   2. Delivery Address
   3. Guitar Brand & Model
   4. Clear photos of the guitar
   5. Short video of the guitar (if it is still functional)
   6. The guitar you are interested to purchase.

3. Our team will assess your guitar and will let you know the trade-in discount and other possible recommendations.

4. Once you agree with the trade-in, you will be instructed to ship your guitar to GP Superstore Cubao. Do take note that shipping charges are customer’s responsibility.

5. After receiving your guitar, we will invoice you and send you payment instructions.

6. We will ship the guitar upon receipt of the full payment.

Can I trade in my unbranded guitar?

Yes, you can. This promotion is applicable to all brands and even unbranded ones.

 

Can I trade in my damaged guitar?

Yes, we will accept any instrument regardless of its condition.

 

How much trade-in value will I get for my guitar?

Instead of cash discounts, enjoy percent discount depending on the condition of your instrument. Get the most out of your old instrument by trading to a really really good guitar.

 

What is the maximum discount can I get for my guitar?

The trade-in discount depends on the condition of your instrument and the brand of the guitar that you are purchasing. The discounts are as follows:

• Good as Gone – 5% to 10%
• Can be Fixed / Working Lower Tier Brands – 5% to 15%
• Well-loved – 5% to 20%

 

Why not just follow 2^nd hand market valuation instead of the percentage discount?

With the percentage discount, you will be able to trade-in any brand regardless of its condition and enjoy the biggest discount possible.

 

Do you accept straight swaps?

We will not entertain any straight swap offer. But, if it is something that you think might interest us, feel free to let us know.

 

I will not be able to visit the shop, but I really want to trade-in my guitar. Is it possible to transact online?

Yes. Just simply message us on our Facebook Chat and send in the photos of your instrument you would like to trade-in and the instrument that you want to purchase.

 

I changed my mind and I want to get my guitar back. Can I cancel the trade?

All transactions are non-refundable. In case you want to get your traded instrument back, you can do so within 7 days by paying up the discount you received when you purchased your new instrument.

 

I am unsure if I want to trade-in, can I visit the shop just to see my options?
